Launch of the Alumni 2023/2024 mentoring campaign

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2023-2024 mentoring campaign at EM Normandie Business School!

Why sign up to the Mentoring Alumni programme?

Students will have the opportunity to learn from graduates and benefit from their advice. In doing so, they will be able to develop their professional network by meeting graduates who could become future employees. Mentoring is a mutual exchange that allows both parties to grow together!

How does the Mentoring Alumni programme work?

The student will be matched with a graduate according to their interests, professional goals and skills. Mentoring sessions can take place in person, by telephone or online, depending on their preferences.
Students can ask any questions they may have about their professional future:
– What sector should I go into?
– What type of job is right for me?
– How can I find a work placement, a sandwich course, a fixed-term or permanent contract?
– How can I improve my skills?
– How can I gain confidence in the workplace?
– How can I succeed at interviews?

How can students apply?

Registration for students opens in January. They must log on to their Alumni space on the website or the application, then access their private space: https://alumni.emnormandie.com/fr/espace-prive

Then all they have to do is click on “access mentoring” and choose their mentor from the list.
