RANKING: EM Normandie Business School in the Top 3 of the 2024 Etudiant ranking!

The 2024 edition of L’Etudiant’s ranking of the top business schools was published on Thursday 30 November 2023. Up 2 places, EM Normandie’s Grande École programme is 18th in the overall ranking of 37 post-baccalaureate and post-prepa schools offering the Master’s degree, and in the top 3 among 13 schools recruiting after the baccalauréat.

The ranking is based on an analysis of 85 criteria grouped into 8 themes, such as academic recognition (international accreditations, quality of research and teaching staff, average baccalaureate score of those admitted, etc.), professionalisation (salaries of young graduates on graduation, etc.), international outlook (accredited partners, school performance in international rankings, etc.), social openness and the environment.

What impact does the number of students in preparatory courses have on the leading business school programme?

In its rankings section, L’Etudiant devotes an article to the post-prepa PGE model in France and the decline of this market. Some schools have anticipated this and chosen to position themselves differently, such as EM Normandie, which in 2006 “took the gamble of reorienting the school’s natural market towards post-bac, while retaining some of [its] post-prepa enrolments”, explains Elian PILVIN, Managing Director of EM Normandie.
