INTERNATIONAL: Kick-off for expatriation!
Since the beginning of the month, our students have had access to a complete series of information sheets on our partner universities via their Ward intranet, in the section specially dedicated to international studies.
We strongly encourage you to go through these with them, as they answer any questions you may have about: the programmes offered by our partner universities, any associated academic fees, the accommodation options available locally, questions relating to visas and administrative procedures, social insurance aspects, etc.
During the course of the month, our students who are planning to go on a university exchange abroad at the start of the new academic year will be invited to take part in a webinar on Erasmus grants. During this session, the eligibility criteria for these grants, the application process and the amounts awarded will be explained in detail.
From the end of the month, the application (wishes) platform will be open to allow our students to familiarise themselves with how it works. We recommend that you accompany them during this process, in order to collect any questions or misunderstandings they may have.
At the beginning of February, the application (wishes) platform will be officially accessible. Students will be able to select a minimum of 10 wishes and a maximum of 20. Placement will depend on: overall ranking, language skills, minimum academic average, and the number of places available. It is important to note that once the platform is closed, it will no longer be possible to save or modify wishes.
